Return and Refund Policy

At Anqyt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help.
RETURNS
1. Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards
Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded)
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
4. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Items Sent Wrong or Not as Described:
If you received an item that was sent incorrectly or not as described due to our mistake, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
We will cover the return shipping costs for items sent wrong or not as described and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
REFUNDS
1. Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
2. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@anqyt com.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at support@anqyt com with your order number and details about the product condition.
Once your exchange is approved, we will send you instructions on how to send your item back to us.
